A Book Talk & Signing with local author Diane Sanfilippo about her new book Practical Paleo: a Customized Approach to Health and a Whole-Foods Lifestyle will be held on Wednesday, September 12 at 6:00 pm in the Community Room. Learn how avoiding both processed foods and foods commonly marketed as "healthy"--like grains, legumes, and pasteurized dairy--will improve how people look and feel and lead to lasting weight loss. The book includes 30-day meal plans, over 120 easy recipes, and nutrition guides. Sanfilippo is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and a member of the Nutrition & Metabolism Society.
