On a monthly basis we typically offer a wide array of classes, from Microsoft Office to iPad Basics to Downloadable eBooks and Audiobooks. To inquire about upcoming classes please call 732-752-7720 or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mac Time for Teens!
Mac Time will provide high school students with a safe, communal place to collaborate and be creative after school and on the weekends. Mac Time is designed to allow kids to get together and hang out (do homework), mess around(experiment with new computer software) and geek out (create digital art, edit movies and music, create video games, fashion designs, new products and much more). Mac Time will be available on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons beginning in the New Year.
We offer a variety of technology gadgets available for use in the Technology Center including an iPod Touch, iPad, MP3 player, digital cameras, two scanners, a digital camcorder, and two SD Card Readers. To use one of these items please go to the Reference Desk, you will be asked to leave an ID while you use these items.
In addition to these items, the library has a collection of devices that you can take home to use. These include:
- Sony Daily Reader
- Kindle 3
- Kill-a-Watts Meter
- Flip Cameras
- Barnes and Noble Nooks

Computers and Software:
In addition to the Technology Center, the library has 100 multimedia computers distributed throughout the building that are available for public use. Headsets are required for watching movies or listening to CDs. Earbuds are available for purchase at all of our service desks. All of the terminals are equipped with the Microsoft Office Suite and access to the Internet.
Wireless Access at the Library:
Wireless Internet is available free to any library customers with WIFI enabled laptops and wireless devices. The entire library building and plaza next to the library is a WIFI Hotspot.
Customers with laptops can also connect to the Internet for free via our wired Ethernet network. The library is equipped with study tables that have plug in access. Ethernet cables are available for loan at the Reference Desk on the 2nd Floor.
